If someone you know dies today – how would you help them?

Dear Friend,Tree of Life

Last week David Goddard’s father died…The first thing David did was go onto the Astral Plane. He found his father and helped him to ‘cross over’ – guiding him beyond the level in which souls get stuck and lost. Once his dad was safely in a place of Peace and Light, David returned to his physical body.

I had been assisting David with supportive prayers and mantras.

Later I asked him where this method of helping the dead came from, if it came from the Tree of Life’s teachings. He said “Oh sure it is, by doing the inner journeys of the Tree of Life – also called Pathworkings – you can help others who have died to ‘pass over’. And not get Earth-bound. It takes careful training to learn how to travel through the Higher dimensions, and I was privileged enough to learn this myself from wonderful teachers.”

I asked, “This specific way to help the dead is a secret method, isn’t it?” and David said, “Until recently, yes it was secret! In ancient Egypt, those who did this kind of work were called ‘Steersmen’. And the priestesses of Persephone in Greece did it too. It is the esoteric meaning behind the title, ‘a Guide of Souls’.”

I then realized why David had been so keen for us to share the ‘Higher Worlds – Inner Journey: 32 Pathworkings of the Tree of Life‘ with people – and to offer personal training with him.

David continued, “People skilled in this ancient knowledge are very much needed today. With the growing materialism, many people go through their lives with no thought of the Higher Worlds. So when they die, they easily get stuck. It’s very sad! But, you know, helping the deceased ‘cross-over’ is only one of the many things someone can learn to do as they pathwork the Tree of Life. There are other, glorious things too…Like flying with the Angels.” he said with a gentle smile.

This event helped me realize yet again, how privileged we are to finally have access to these once-secret spiritual instructions and tools. With them, we can all help to heal our world. And bring peace to those on the Other Side as well.

Benjamin Philips,

p.s. I also learnt from this experience the different, almost peaceful relationship David has with death. He doesn’t have the ‘fear of death’ so many of us struggle with…

Intention and Inspiration…

Benjamin's PC

So I am busy doing research on one of my many projects. And  I come across one of these YouTube adventures (Online videos). As an aside: I must admit, either I am getting old FAST, or the internet age is getting younger EVEN FASTER. The NAMES some products and services are christen with! YouTube, Digg, Facebook….But I digress..

I watched a video by a band I’ve heard about over the years. What struck me most about the video wasn’t the odd special effect, or any deep spirituality. Honestly, I didn’t get any of those from the video….

And then it struck me – there IS ACTUALLY A DEEP SPIRITUAL MEANING in this one hour YouTube video (Yes I actually watched the entire thing, waiting on IT telephone support and Google search results to show…Ok, so I got side-tracked a bit – I admit!).

Watching the artists so deeply absorbed, an almost indescribable sense of engagement. Individually and as a whole, they seemed to move as one through the music.

I cannot tell you how wonderful it is for me to watch someone act out what is clearly their destiny. The inspiration seems to shine though so naturally. Expressions and movements are emotive, energetic, moving….WOW, it fills ME with inspiration….

Then I think about people who show a “kind of energy” that I would initially consider ‘Inspired‘. And I am reminded about intentions and motivations.

This is the pivotal point for me.

To seek your destiny – to follow your inspiration – combined with Pure Intention or Pure Motivation EQUALS Outer and Inner Happiness and Success

What to do with all these Human Cells?

“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” AesopPlanet Earth

Some medical experts say the human body has 10 trillion cells, others say the human body has 100 trillion cells. The numbers differ, depending on your source. Now that seems like an awful lot of cells – each with a specific purpose. And each cell, a transmitter of consciousness. But not only is each cell a transmitter for consciousness, it is also a transmitter for Super-consciousness. This means the act of Love, Compassion and Kindness  is possible through every single part of our being. Acting as a huge transmitter of transformation.

Consciousness follows thought, and thought follows consciousness. The same as breathing follows the mind, and the mind follows breathing. This all says really the same thing – that we can transform our condition of living, our state of mind and our behavior. Achieving our goals by conscious choice, focused attention and relaxed action. With each human cell working for you – who knows what great acts you can perform. When you have 10 – 100 trillion helpers!

The B-Ramble XMas Message

Seeing as dignitaries have Christmas wishes – I figured – although I’m not a dignitary of any kind, I’d also share with you a Christmas wish, message and call-to-action.

Reading the Pope and the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Christmas message – I felt a certain twitch.

A wish is a ‘noble thought‘. It is even better when it is followed up by action. Otherwise, it will remain just wishful thinking.

Rowan Williams – the Archbishop of Canterbury; whom by the way looks like a character out of Harry Potter – no disrespect meant of course – gave a sermon on the environment and the importance of protecting this valuable treasure. In the end, a whole bunch was said; by a whole bunch of people – all very ‘noble thoughts‘ indeed.Candles

The Pope called for conflict resolution; the Queen of England urged “caring for the needy” – but the very next news-feed I see – Turkish raids ‘killed hundreds‘.

I must admit, I sometimes wonder why it takes a “big day” – once a year mind you – for leaders to call for more peace, understanding and cooperation. Caring for the sick and elderly, seeking peace and happiness for all societies, of all races and nationalities, feeding the poor and needy. Surely this requires our attention every single day – not just when reporters standing by for the annual Christmas message.

Every year we hear the same “party line” from every group, faction or denomination. And as soon as the festivities end, and all the holiday money has been spent on nick-knacks – things go back to what they were before.

To put RPF’s money where its mouth is – so to speak – David is starting a series of free pod casts. The series deals with the Tarot and is available to everyone. Each pod cast will share the embedded wisdom of the Sacred Tarot. These audio recordings will help you start the process of inner transformation – today!

In my humble option, it is only when we take charge of our inner being, and as a result take responsibility for our OWN actions – that we can make positive, lasting improvements on this planet.

So – no excuses – enter your name and e-mail below so that we can keep you up-to-date on the Sacred Tarot pod-casts.

Where is the Love?

EVERYWHERE!

If one would read the standard media, either in newspapers, on TV, or on your favorite news website – one could be led to believe the world is near its end. One could even consider that this whole affair seems rather pointless and without a purpose.

I know I had such feelings when I was younger – looking at the world through those eyes it seemed everything was doomed and senseless. Now, when I speak to younger people I also realize that my youthful feelings were nothing new – seems like so many people feel them – young and old in fact. However, why is it then that we’re still here? For all the bad, for all the meanness, anger, hate, self-serving governments and big-businesses, Why Are We Still Here?!

And it struck me — Yes it took me this long to figure it out — and as I always say in my defense – better late than never! We are still here because of the love and kindness shown to fellow human beings – over the decades and centuries. The small gesture of a young man – picking something up for an elderly person. A mother soothing her crying child at night. The teacher who stays after school to help a struggling student. The person who volunteers their time to feed the poor. The doctor who checks their patient after a medical procedure.

Some acts are BIG, others small. And they add up. And I venture to guess – all these acts are bigger than the hates and angers of this world!

Don’t get me wrong – we’re not living in a perfect world of course. Denying such things that need our attention will not resolve issues – these matters will require action. But it is the love between humanity – played out every day that, I believe is why we are still here. So I am visualizing – what if we can learn and express this love even more and more?

The B-Ramble

This is our Editor, Benjamin Philips’ rambling – B-Ramble….
So it may be incoherent, it may be un-pc, it may be un-Mac, and it may even have a few bad-jokes. We invite you to comment, but be nice please. The B-Ramble isn’t meant to be perfect – always eloquent prose – it is musings from the character we know as “Benjamin”.
